• We provide flowers deliveries all around Miami, FL

• Generally we need 3-4 hours after the purchase to complete and deliver the order.
• Feel free to order online 24/7 however the delivery is processed from 8am -8pm. For the same day delivery please order before 3pm from Monday to Friday. For same day service on Saturday we accept orders until 1 pm otherwise your order will be delivered the next day.
• Flowers in our boxes can stay fresh up to 1.5 week if watered every 2 days.
•  Our boxes have water protection inside and can be re-used 

We hope you will be delighted with your Madame Butterfly products. However, if you are not happy with your goods then you may return them providing you inform us of you dissatisfaction. All returns are at the discretion of the manager. This does not affect your statutory rights. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Products should be returned with the original packaging. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. Refunds will not be made to a third party.As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. We will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
